Greek-Style Green Beans
Tomatoes, garlic, and onion give a Mediterranean flair to this tangy side dish.

cups chopped tomatoes | |

Heat oil in 4- or 6-quart pressure cooker over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until tender. Stir in green beans, tomatoes, and water. Close cover securely. Place pressure regulator on vent pipe. COOK 2 MINUTES at 15 pounds pressure with pressure regulator rocking slowly. Cool cooker at once. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
